  • Essentials:

    • ID, insurance card, and birth preferences

    • Phone + charger (extra-long cord recommended)

    • Comfortable going-home outfit (loose-fitting, easy to put on)

    • Car seat (properly installed in your car)

  • Personal Items:

    • Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc)

    • An eye mask and earplugs for sleep

    • Comfy loungewear (a soft robe or nursing-friendly top and loose pants)

    • Pillow (with a non-white pillowcase for easier identification)
